- SSA must fall under the SSCEs BHV policy.
- SSA member must sign up for a BHV course following an email from the ESSF board.

SSAs which function outside of the SSCE may require BHV-certificated members to function. In order to facilitate this the SSCE compensates BHV courses for these SSAs, the amount of compensated courses can be found in the BHV policy attached. The ESSF board will inform SSAs of BHV courses when they happen. If a member signs up for a BHV course whilst not eligible for compensation the SSCE will bill the SSA the costs of this course later in the year.
